Our after-school care clubs run from 3.15 – 5.30 p.m. every school day.

Who can attend the club?

The club is only for pupils of The Meadows Primary School to attend.

How much does Caterpillars Club cost?

• From 3.15 – 4.30 p.m. £2.50
• From 4.30 – 5.30 p.m. £4.00, which includes a drink and snack tea.
• From 3.15 – 5.30 p.m. £6.00, which includes a drink and snack tea.

All payments have to be made in advance to guarantee your booking.

Is there a discount for siblings?

Sorry, we are unable to offer a discount for siblings because the club running costs are being split equally between the number of places we have available each evening.

How do I book?

Bookings and payment can be made via our online payment system Eduspot https://eduspot.co.uk/

How far in advance can I book?

You can book and pay for your child’s place up to a half term in advance.

Can I use my childcare vouchers to pay for Caterpillars Club?

Yes, you just need to contact us to let us know the details of your voucher provider.

If my child wants to attend an after-school activity club from 3.15 – 4.30 p.m., can they still access Caterpillars from 4.30 – 5.30 p.m.?

Yes, you can book and pay for both separately. Please note though that activity clubs have to be booked and paid for a term at a time.

What happens if my child’s activity club is cancelled due to bad weather?

Children will automatically be looked after in Caterpillars Club until 4.30 p.m. (unless parents are able to collect earlier). No payment for this will be required as you will already have paid £2 for the activity club.

Can I cancel a booked place at Caterpillars Club?

Yes, places can be cancelled up to midnight the day before. Cancellation or non-attendance after this time, will still be charged. In order to plan staffing levels, we would appreciate as much notice as possible of any cancellations.

What happens if I have paid for Caterpillars until 4.30 p.m. but I am late collecting my child?

If you are late collecting your child, depending on the circumstances, you may be charged the additional £3.50 for the second part of the club.

Who will be looking after the children?

All the staff supervising the children will be existing Meadows staff members.
