WELCOME TO TAPESTRY
Tapestry is the online learning journal that we use in the Meadows Primary School to track your child's learning journey through Early Years. With your permission, we share observations, photos and videos of your child so that you can see their progress and what they are learning about.
We aim for their learning journal to be a two way story, with our parents adding important contributions from home too e.g. learning to ride their bike, visiting the zoo and making comments about the animals, baking at home etc.
We use both our school observations as well as the home observations from our parents, to make our end of year assessment judgements. Using our parent contributions helps us to gain a more accurate and rounded vision of every child.
